Mrs. Emily Myers

Emily Myers was raised in Tiffin, Ohio. She attended Calvert High School and was involved in the Band, Calvert News staff, pep squad, and the class play her senior year, After high school, Mrs. Myers attended Marian College in Indianapolis, Indiana. There she received her B.A. in English, and a minor in teaching German. She is attending Heidelberg College for additional graduate hours. Mrs. Myers has two children. Her daughter, Hilary, graduated from Heidelberg College and is also employed as a teacher at Calvert High School. Her son, Kevin, is currently attending Terra Community College. In her free time Mrs. Myers enjoys reading, doing crossword puzzles, and attending family activities.

Mrs. Myers began teaching at Ottawa-Glandorf High School. She stayed there for seven years before going to teach a Grman class at Columbian. After one year at Columbian, Mrs. Myers left to come to Calvert. She has now been at Calvert for twenty-one years. She expects all of her students to do their best at all times and be supportive of their classmates and their school.
